* Destinations:  United States of America & Canada:  Transportation and lodging expenses for our speaker are not included in the above fees and therefore will be additional expenses for client. Arrangements and expenses for the seminar site and audio/visual equipment will be client’s responsibility.  Quoted in U.S. Dollars.  Fees and requirements are subject to change without notice.  Details will be confirmed by contract and 50% deposit (non-refundable) of Minimum Guarantee.
